Shipping policy

1. Delivery time

All orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (excluding weekends and Spanish legal holidays).
Additional production or assembly time is required for large furniture. Please contact us by email at contact@homestoragers.com to confirm the progress.

2. Delivery range

Currently, only domestic delivery within Spain is supported (including the Balariic Islands and the Canary Islands).
International transportation is not yet open and will be gradually expanded to other regions of Europe in the future.

3. Logistics tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number, which can be tracked in real time through the carrier’s official website (such as Correos, SEUR).
If you do not receive the shipping notice within 30 days, please contact us in time for verification.

4. Transportation costs

Orders over €150 are exempt from the basic shipping fee. For orders not exceeding this amount, a shipping fee of €5 to €30 will be charged based on the volume/weight of the item (automatically calculated on the checkout page).
Additional charges may apply to remote areas or special items (such as overweight storage racks), which will be informed in advance.

5. Sign for receipt and inspect the goods

Please check the integrity of the outer packaging on the spot. If any damage or damage to the goods is found, take photos for record and contact us by email within 48 hours.
Any damage to the goods caused by failure to sign for the goods on the spot shall be borne by yourself. It is recommended to choose the “cash on delivery inspection” service.

6. Delay or exception handling

In case of delay due to inventory shortage or force majeure (such as strikes, extreme weather), we will notify by email and compensate with a €5-€20 coupon.
If the goods have not been dispatched within 30 days without a reasonable explanation, you can apply for a full refund.
